Refund & Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in and with original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, contact us at support@revxwellness.com and explain your reasons, we’ll send you detailed instructions and Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If a refund is requested before your order is shipped, the merchant fee will be passed to the customer which is 3-6% of the purchase price.

Please note that the customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs for the return unless the item is defective and covered under warranty.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any items are defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If not approved, we will present our documented inspection process and work with you through the process. Our goal is to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your experience and our guarantee is that we will always be reasonable if you are being reasonable.
